I thought that I'd try a different winco, since the employees at the Tacoma location are rude and unfriendly. That was a bad idea. I ended up abandoning my cart in an hour long checkout line. Only two cashiers were working on a busy Saturday afternoon. No thanks, Federal Way.

Winco has a good collection of all kinds of food, be it packaging or or in open bins, where you can have the choice to get your desired quantity. The prices are very competitive, and there is barely any store that can beat Winco's prices. The only downside is that they don't accept credit cards and phone payments or contacless payments, even with a physical debit card or cash. Recently, they have also introduced self check out counters for items 15 or fewer. That's a big convenience, given there are always long lines on the register.

So as I usually do I go when I get my bulk peanut m&Ms get home and find out that it's half peanut m&Ms and have peanut butter m&M's which are nothing like peanut m&Ms so I call customer service he said well bring it in whatever is left and will pay the difference I said no I just want to let you know so you can fix it. Go there today same thing they didn't change anything apparently customers don't matter there they would rather you take hours out of your day to come back and not give you what you're paying for what is put on the bulk bin to begin with and I know for a fact they know that it's not right because I told them and they did nothing to fix the problem that tells me they don't give a crap about their customers like I want to take 2 hours out of my day and the gas it would take me when it was their mess up to begin with once again they knew about it they didn't fix it they give a crap less about their customers
