The store itself is nice however some of the cashiers are very rude as of lately. Ramona specifically is very unkind and rude.

Great store, easy access, and low prices. I save an average of 100 dollars a visit compared to when I shop at wal mart.

Winco recently got all new shopping carts. They are larger and taller. I have a disabled friend and my mother, who have both been shopping at the store for over a decade can no longer shop at this store because the new carts are too tall to lean on while shopping around the store. The manager was informed, but it seems the best they could do was make you request someone go dig an old cart out of the back of the store when you got there and bring the cart back into customer service after getting your groceries out to your car. For some, grocery shopping was already a strenuous activity. The additional physical requirements this imposes are just not going to work for many. So sad.
