A single mother of 3 plus my 2 kid's are special needs. Me & my kid's moved in July 2nd 2016 the first thing i did was to take pics of the place & now i see we had issues with the lights blowing out problem's with the pluming then our front screen door. Which they fixed but now charging me. Plus most of the out lits don't really work much & now my flooring is coming apart & plus it took them 3 month's to get my mail box key's. There is a lot of thing's that are so wrong in my home. These Landlord don't care about repairs all they are is greety.. My advice is this company or real estate needs to be sued. Something needs to be done! I learned now i need to be more cautious didn't really want to give thumb's up. Windermere is a joke

Windemere was recommended to me from a trusted professional I have used for 50 years. Specifically my agent; Heather, knew I had no experience in building a home and step by step reassured me and was a good "hand holder". Mistakes are expensive and Windermere prevented errors with professional expertise.

To all potential Windermere of Moses Lake customers: please stay far away from this branch! When we moved in October 2015, we moved there because we needed a bigger home quickly and it was the first we found in our price range that fit into our size needs. We jumped at the opening without knowing what all was wrong with the house. There are several electrical issues, to start. If you use more than a few plugs, half the house would randomly shut off. The bathroom has a non bathroom grade outlet, which is illegal and not up yo code. The garage had an outlet that was just dangling and could be reached by our toddler, which we fixed on our own. The property manager at the time, Barry Lawson, was made aware of the rotting siding before we signed the lease. He assured us that fixing that falls into general maintenance that they were responsible for and it would be fixed before we moved in. When we did our walk through and received keys 2 weeks later, it was not fixed and he assured us that it would be fixed in the next couple of weeks. A few months passed and they did their twice a year smoke alarm check and we asked when it would be fixed. They said that the owner (Wayne) preferred to do his own repairs and would have it done quickly and it was next on their list of things to have done on their properties. After about 8 months, we noticed what appeared to be black mold in the siding. They still did not care about fixing it. Fast forward to when we left, November 2016 right after our lease ended. We did an exit walk through with the THIRD property manager we'd had, Kieran. She showed up an hour late and drove up texting. Before even introducing herself, she sticks the rental sign in the front yard, nevermind all of the health code violations. As we did the walk through, she pointed out missing bulb covers around the house which had never been there to begin with. She went as far as insinuating that we had actually taken half of the mismatched bulb covers. She claimed that since the move in report said that the light fixtures were good, we would be charged for bulb covers, which are not part of the electrical fixture. We were also told when we moved in that a cleaning fee would be taken out of our security deposit, but we have neighbors who have lived here longer than us who are willing to testify that no one came to clean the home in the two weeks between the previous tenant and us moving in. To top off the fact that this house violating several health and safety codes is already relisted, they have now listed it online with an old picture that does not show any of these violations, which is FRAUD. Please do NOT let them keep scamming innocent people out of decent living.
