By far the worst experience ever dealing with dawnette. She never responds back but then wants to charge for everything. They want to charge 300 for them to come down the street and unlock my door. Locked myself out. The house I moved into was NOT CLEANED AT ALL I HAD TO CLEAN IT. Stains on the walls. Everything. Put in multiple maintenance forms.. I still have no power in my bedroom and I have to use the bathroom to keep stuff from the master bedroom power. Etc. etc. Can’t wait for lease to be up so I can move and never deal with this property manager again. Stay away from this company

I really liked that they were honest up front about the application process and how it worked. Once we were renters, we found them to be helpful and very responsive. The fridge broke early on and it was replaced quickly. When the washer broke, they actually asked us if we wanted a top or front loader. They definitely made us feel like this was our home. Thank you for four wonderful years!

We have been living in our home for a year now and the service is UN MATCHED !!! Dawnette and her team are OUTSTANDING PEOPLE very professional very nice and straight to the point ! Dawnette and her team are very UNDERSTANDING and very great with communication making everything clear and understandable. They have blessed my family beyond measures and we are grateful to be here .
