Windermere manages a rental property for me on the south hill. The south hill team Caleb and Kandie are great to work with. Both have great communication. It is really nice to know that my rental house is taken care of. I am going through the process of changing tenants which I was really stressed about but they have both been so great it has been a positive experience. Thanks Caleb and Kandie!!

We found a home in Liberty lake that we really wanted to rent. The listing agent Caleb was very responsive helping us reserve the house. So far we’ve loved living here and would renew our lease given the chance!

I've been renting w/ Windermere for over 4 years now and they are always very prompt with any service issues I've had! I typically work with Kandie, and she's so pleasant with every interaction. I would recommend renting through this property management company!
