We had a nightmare experience dealing with Paul Sokol from this office. He blatenly lies on his listing and misrepresents the properties he sell. He fails to keep promises that are part of the deal in writing and has no integrity as a real estate agent. He is a fraud. When reporting the problem to the head of Windermere office, I was told they would only file my complaint and do nothing. Could have dealt with more dishonest agent.

I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from Realtor Ms Marin McCauley calls for an exception. Ms McCauley put quality over quantity when it came to helping me secure some property. What I mean by quality is this, I was not just a “number” to her, she genuinely cared to get to know me and familiarize herself with what I was about, took interest in understanding what I was looking for, and really took time in finding the right property. An added bonus was Marin did all this long distance, as I am familiar with the area, but currently live out of state. Marin made the purchase simple and very easy! Marin was 100% professional at all times, patient with my questions, went beyond to provide me with contacts, photos, and even went to the property on several occasions. Marin is a valuable asset to the company and I greatly appreciate everything she did for me. Thanks again, Ms Marin McCauley!
