Rachel is excellent! She displayed a strong knowledge of the real estate market, local area, and her family history in the Gorge goes back generations. This benefitted me greatly during the inspection process because she was able to refer and assist in booking local contractors in that tight window. I wouldn't have been able to do this without her connections. From initial email contact through to closing Rachel was extremely professional and I always felt she was on my side as an advocate.
I so appreciated how she was able to explain the process and provide reassurance each step of the way. Rachel also went out of her way to make herself available to provide access to me, my parents, and multiple contractors on many different occasions (often with very little notice). Beyond her professional qualities, Rachel's friendly personality and can-do spirit confirmed my desire to move to the area. At closing she even bought new locks for the home and left the perfect housewarming gift. I can't thank her enough and look forward to sending her referrals!
