Katie Sullivan is the best! I cannot say enough amazing things about her! I'm so glad I reached out to her when I decided to sell. It was an emotional thing all the way through, but she fought for me and gave me the BEST advice. I felt so assured knowing that someone so professional had my back through this process. So many memories, so much history... I'm glad I got to close this chapter with a friend. ♥️

Our agent Kendall Hills, was very friendly and knowledgeable about todays market. We renovated our property and Kendall offered many suggestions to help increase the asking price. Kendall stopped several times to check on the progress and offer encouragement.
