I have been using the old model Unger DI system for a few years and decided to upgrade to the new model, which I actually like much better. Plus, I got the extra hose so I don’t have to move my unit👍👍👍 I love working with windows 101 i just get on there website and usually get get my order the next day. I had a question for them, because when I was looking to order this unit it it was sold out, so I messaged them to ask when they would be available, and they got back to me very quickly and said they made a mistake and they had them in stock yay.

Love this company. Any questions or trouble shooting and they’re right there with you. I’ve been going to Windows 101, for almost 22 years because of it.
