I was extremely skeptical about acupuncture, I recently slipped a disc in my back. Not knowing what else to do I gave this a shot. I can say with extreme prejudice that this saved me. It reduced my pain and I gained back my mobility and all that was after only 3 sessions. Now I go every week like clockwork. Anyone that has an ailment or just needs to feel better is cheating themselves if they don't give this a try. Highly recommend Winds Of Change.

I had 3-4 sessions w Anna at her Winds of Change Acupuncture & Eastern Medicine , for a new onset of symptoms :Hip & lower SI Back Osteopenia Osteoarthritis condition which was really painful & my function became limited . It was extremely helpful for relief n also sleep n functional mobility improvements without medications I used Acupuncture. 80 percent of my neuromuscular symptoms improved w her Acupuncture in a few sessions. I had to further on see a Physical Therapist for specific strengthening of my Arthritis condition. Today my Hip & lower Back much improved without pain or medications ! 90 percent I'd say as it is arthritis n have keep it going stronger I highly recommend the acupuncture services here it's a beautiful clinic n space for having a treatment in as well. ❤️
