I'm willing to travel to another city since my local windsor is closed but my phone calls are never answered. After trying to leave a voice mail, the system says the mailbox is full. I wonder why! I can't wait for my local windsor to open because I adore the girls there and have never had an issue with my local store.

Terrible and rude customer service, they changed their “return policy” when I asked. I tried a to make a refund but they only gave back store credit and wouldn’t let me keep my receipt.
