After going to 2 different malls, finally ended our shopping adventure at Stoneridge. Windsor turned out to be our golden ticket for my neices dresses. Madison was very helpful and friendly. My neices found the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding.

I bought a dress and asked about the return policy. The salesperson said I had 14 days to return the dress. I showed her and made sure that I can return it. The next day I came back to return it because it didn't fit properly. They said it wasn't returnable in a very rude way. There was nothing wrong with the dress. The customer service isn't great.

Dresses are nice but they are the tiniest dressing rooms I’ve ever seen and poor customer service. Especially for putting long dresses, larger dressing rooms are needed. I went to Windsor for my prom dress with my mom and got checked into a tiny room so after the people in the large room left, we went into the larger room. My mom and I practically got dragged out by the girl who ran the dressing rooms who insisted that we needed to stay in the small room she assigned when the entire dressing room was empty. There was no one else in the entire dressing room yet we were forced to stay in the small room that could barely even fit one person. I have been to countless stores and never in my life have I ever heard of this kind of policy or been treated this way.
