I went in to find a dress and they didn't have my size. Desiree was super helpful and called another store to put it on hold for me! Great customer service.

Horrible customer service . Came with my teenage daughter to buy her a prom dress - she wanted to try a few dresses - they have only 4 fitting rooms - and we were told that she takes too long and there is a line - and they didn’t let us to find a dress in a right size - I am not talking about them helping us with sizes - I had to run back and forth trying to find the right size- however , we were told that our time is up and we are not allowed to try anymore. Staff is rude and not helpful at all! My third time in my life leaving a bad review. And all this happened on Mother’s Day!

Super RUDE employee. Gal working on Monday night should NOT work with people. Rude and made us feel like she just wanted us to leave so she can go home. Didn't catch her name but was of Asian decent. Other gal working with her was great and she didn't even check us out but thanked us and wished us a good night. Girl #1 look for another job because clearly working with people is not what you're supposed to be doing!
