Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff and a great community, everyone I’ve talked with in the store is happy to talk and share their passion for their hobbies. Completely removes any nervousness/doubts you may have being a newcomer.

This is the best store around to hang out and play war-games in. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and are quick to help out if GW forgets a sprue. They genuinely care about sharing the game with other people, and have answered every rules question I've given them. The tournaments are always a blast, and I don't think I would still be invested in Warhammer if I didn't have as nice of a shop to play in.
