Maybe good for wineries but as a consumer I’ve experienced worst service ever. I’ve got an order sitting somewhere going on a week with only label pulled from FedEx. Hasn’t even shipped yet and I’m supposed to receive this week, very doubtful. Call center and customer service are horrible. Don’t get messages correctly and takes many calls to get resolved.
