Went to Wing Sales to get a gas fireplace for my shop. Joe and Zak were very knowledgeable directing me as to what size stove I needed. I bought a Regency 38,000 btu. The fire looks great and heat this time of year is super welcome. The installation guys (Dave & Gerald) were fast, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Fireplace was installed Tuesday and Thursday it was inspected. That afternoon Dave came back out to finish the hook up and showed me how to operate everything. SUPER STOKED...pardon the pun! Very Satisfied!
This place has great prices and a good selection.... their customer service, on the other hand, is extremely lacking. The first time I came in, I was looking at stoves. There was a dark-haired woman who "helped" me. She made it a point to tell me 2-3 times, "This isn't my job, but I'll help you." I was taken back by that comment. She was not helpful and rude. She also had her daughter with her at work. Her daughter was running around and even ran in front of me, almost causing me to trip; there was no apology from either of them. Second trip in I wanted to look at safes. A gray-haired woman helped me at that time. She was nothing close to friendly; I got the vibe that she didn't like people. As soon as I told her I was just looking and trying to get information on safes for my remodel, she said "let me know if you need anything else" and walked away, leaving me in the showroom. It's cleared she is on commission and didn't care to waste her time with me since I was not buying a safe that day. Through all of that, there was another woman in the front office yelling, yelling loudly. It was hard to focus on anything when she was shouting the whole time I was in there. The dark-haired woman had her daughter with her again on this trip. My friends have had great experiences here, but they have only dealt with the male employees.
