The hotel is being remodeled, though that did not impact our stay. The rooms are clean. Due to the check in clerk being distracted by personal issues, we were checked into one room when we should have been placed in a different room. The key cards worked for the room they checked us into. Their system thought we were in the other room, so once we were settled, two different customers were assigned the room we were in. In each instance, someone tried to enter our room. The second person would have gained entry if I hadn’t locked the bar across the top of the door. I had to call the front desk to find out what was going on and get the issue resolved. We didn’t sleep well, as every noise had us jumpy the rest of the night. I ended up propping a chair against the door and a ceramic coffee mug on top of the handle.

Great Park &. Fly plan. Room was excellent with many movie channels. Breakfast was lacking. Had no type of eggs or sausage/bacon. Airport shuttle was very prompt and quick. Conveniently located close to airport with easy access. I stay here every time.

I recently had a fantastic stay in Spokane. The hotel was immaculate, spacious, and stylish, with exceptionally attentive staff. The convenient location near the airport made travel a breeze. Complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the top-notch amenities, including the fitness center and game room, enhanced the experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Spokane!
