This has been a location that I have been shopping for years. It’s a decent sized store and there are always different, but random, accessories to find here. Years ago, I would buy some neckties and dress shirts here but at this moment, there doesn’t seem to be much. I was able to find some stylish clothing at a good price here as usual but was disappointed to see the cashier just stuff the t-shirts I bought into the bag so I will be giving a 3 out of 5. The customer service has always been good in the past. I’m not sure if I got someone who just didn’t care or if they are not being trained properly.

Without a doubt one of the best stores in all of Vancouver, it is very stocked and you have both in one, they have very good prices and many options, this store is located within metropolis in metrotown

At Winners each assistant manager can apply her/his own personal return policy without any consequences. There was a manager named Salma in Metrotown who didn’t accept my return and said I can’t return items without receipts and surprisingly even for an item with receipt and tag she said I cannot verify it. She behaved rudely, personally and against the Winners rules.
