Really decent Winners with a solid selection of discount items from all categories. The staff keep the store clean and organized. There is a ton of space and it's open and comfortable to social distance. There's a good snack selection and a good selection of toys for kids. They already had their Halloween stuff out on Aug 31st so if you're looking for decorations probably a place to check.

I went to Winners at Semiahmoo mall. I tried on a dress I liked. I noticed it had some sparkles on it. Then I noticed it had some dirt spots like like streaks in two different places. I also then realized it smelled bad under the arms and smelled like old perfume. It was obviously worn out for the night then returned. I asked them if they had a different one that was new. They said whatever is on the rack is all we have. Never even bothered to help me look. My friend suggested they discount it then I could wash it. They said no that the price is the price and that I can just wash it myself. My friend said you can’t put that back on the rack like that. I felt disgusted that I had tried on a filthy dress so I had to go home and shower. As we were leaving we checked the rack just in case there was another dress. Well, wouldn’t you know it! There was! The same filthy dirty dress I had just tried on. Who does this? Winners' standards have gone completely down. I won't be shopping there again. At least at that location on 152nd and 17 Th Ave in South Surrey BC, Do better Winners!
