I had a fantastic experience with Costco while getting help with my phone service. Abhishik was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure to explain everything clearly. He helped me to choose the phone and provided tips on optimizing my phone plan. I appreciated how he went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future phone needs!

After being number one in line, I spent 45 minutes shopping and finally came back to find that my refund still hadn’t been processed yet everyone was serving one of two new customers. The fellow who did do the return, needed to wait for another worker, who, with another worker were both helping the same client! Your service is broken, your staff undertrained, and your sense of priorities is completely backward.

Caleb is always so thorough, knowledgeable and super friendly. He knows all the products so well and can really figure out what is best for you. This is my third or fourth time upgrading phones or changing plans with him and I’m always happy and satisfied that I got exactly what I need. Thank you Caleb and Costco for the great service and support.
