I just called this company and they are coming to check our water heater and to evaluate whether to replace or repair for FREE. Who does that these days? Usually companies charge you to come out and look at the issue. Kudos to this company!!

Truly a God-send & AMAZING customer service, admittedly I was a little short on the phone because I was frantic to find a replacement plumber because my usual plumber was unavailable AGAIN- however my tone made no difference at all- I've never had more prompt service they showed up like literally 15 minutes after I called ahead of the appointment time (after being sorely sharp on the quote price) yet the technician was an absolute delight, no pompous or patronizing manner at all. Bonus the quote WAZ the set price 😮😮😮 **to add even a cherry on top of a gorgeous sundae~ everyone always gets lost trying to find my residence, didn't even get a call about directions. Simply absolute Superior Service! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
