The menu looked really good. I wanted to try the lobster roll. And I wanted to be able to report that it was on a wonderful piece of artisan bread, buttered and grilled, with wonderful chunks of sweet tender lobster. Unfortunately I can't report that. The sandwich was small probably less than 6 oz with the meat on it. The lobster meat was a mix of larger chunks and basically gristle. It was not tender. It was not sweet. It was not good. It was on the other hand $28.
They had some other good looking stuff on the menu. Maybe I'll swing back when the weather is good and I can eat outside and try one of those.
Not only a delicious experience but a fun one too!
I've been here a few times and each time it has been spectacular! I really enjoyed the clam chowder and the spaghetti is marvelous.
My only complaint is that their hours are limited. I hope as the business ages they can extend their hours so it is easier to catch them open more often!
Recently the owner helped the HUB with a fundraiser and it is amazing how they supported our community with their generosity and shared their love for food.
