We worked with Jeff Keane to have our house fumigated. When we paid our deposit a month in advance he said our date was “locked in”. We booked a hotel for the 3 days we needed to be out of the house. 2 days before our fumigation date, I call to find out what time they’re coming only to learn he never scheduled it! The gas company (who requires at least 48 hrs notice) was never notified to shut off the gas so it was impossible to get our date and our hotels were now non-refundable without a cancellation fee. I asked for my deposit back and thankfully they did return it (though it took them 5 days of near silence before they did so). We never did receive any kind of explanation or sincere apology. Jeff just ghosted us. Before deciding to use this company, I’d advise anyone to think very hard and ask themselves if they’d trust people like this to be responsible with the keys to your house or to be pumping literal poison gas through your belongings.

Wise Pest Control provided outstanding service from beginning to end. Their technicians were prompt, well-informed, and conducted themselves with professionalism. They explained the treatment process thoroughly and addressed all of my inquiries. Following the treatment, I observed significantly less pests around my residence.
