The in-store staff is very friendly and helpful; and the service personnel arrived in a timely manner and performed the work professionally. Additional granite-cutting work was needed and they gave a referral that was also prompt and professional. I've bought several different appliances from Wiseman's and am happy with the products, people and pricing.

Wonderful folks. Been using them for 25 years. I love using a family owned company like this. Prices are competitive. They give you great advice on which appliances work for your needs in a way that you can't get from a big box store. They deliver promptly when the appliances come in are available to answer small questions that come up, and if something does go wrong, a couple of the family members do service as well, and will do everything they can to keep your appliances running if it makes sense. We feel lucky to have them in our West Seattle neighborhood.

I needed to replace my built-in panel-ready dishwasher in my condo unit. The process was complex because it required removing and re-installing the panel door on top of the dishwasher. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and walked me through the process step by step. He was very kind and was patient as we dealt with scheduling delays. I would definitely recommend Wiseman appliances!
