we love wishing star sooo much! we’ve tried a couple other preschools in benicia that weren’t quite the right fit but when I met Mrs.Katerina I knew my little one would have so much fun here & learn along the way! They do so many amazing art projects, my son learned to write his name, & they learn about so many cool & interesting thing’s through out the year! They provide a safe & fun environment for our littles! Mrs.Katerina at wishing star is the best!

How do I put into words how great this preschool is...I cant. This school has it all. It is clean, safe, and fun. My 3 yr son has been attending the school since March and has learned so much, such as already learning to spell and write his name...wow. Miss Katarina is the heart and soul of this school and she really cares about the kids. You can see it in all the tiny details of the school such as daily arts and crafts, age-appropriate curriculum, open-ended toy selections, and wholesome meals. The curriculum is very thoughtful and I am constantly surprised at all the arts and crafts my son comes home with. My son has been in other daycares in town and this one has been the best for him. Both my husband and I work full time and we had to adjust to drop off timing because we both start early but it has been worth it with how wonderful this school has been. For anyone on the fence about sending your kid here, dont be they with be in great hands. We love wishing star!

Wishing Star Preschool has been an incredible experience for my son. During a big transition in my family, finding full-time care for my him was a top priority. I am grateful to say that the one thing I haven't had to worry about since my husband went back to work is my son's care and joy, thanks to Wishing Star Preschool. Katarina provides a warm, supportive environment that has allowed my son to thrive. I have peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands and enjoying his time at preschool. Its’s abundantly clear that the teachers are knowledgeable, loving, and truly invest in the growth and development of anyone under their care. The curriculum is well-rounded and emphasizes learning through play, creativity, and hands-on activities. The facilities are clean, safe, and equipped with everything a young child needs to thrive. Wishing Star Preschool not only provides a top-notch educational experience but also prioritizes the health and wellness of their students. Fresh, home-cooked lunches and healthy snacks are served daily, and classical music is played to enhance the learning environment. The abundance of toys, specifically chosen to foster learning and imagination, only adds to the overall positive atmosphere. I am constantly impressed with the attention to detail and care given at Wishing Star Preschool. This review wouldn’t be complete if I also didn’t sing the praises of Katarina and her team. She is a true unicorn in the world of early childhood education with her majestic poise and mythical levels of patience. She has a gift for connecting with each student and making them feel valued, while also challenging them to reach their full potential. I am so grateful to have found Wishing Star Preschool and especially thankful for the impact Katarina has had on Max. I highly recommend Wishing Star Preschool to any parent looking for a nurturing and educational environment for their child.
