Wisprenn has been a great rescource for us. The customer service is outstanding. I called thismorning because my internet went down and the woman on the phone was super helpful. Within 15 minuites of calling a verry nice Technition named Joe, arived to diagnose and repair the outage. He was extremely polite and informative. Instantly he replaced some of our equiptment got us a great signal. He even diagnosed a problem with our new router and helped us reinstal and set up another one we had while checking that we were able to connect all of our devices properly. The coolest part of Joe the technitions visit was that he waited while everything reset and played a quick game of chess with my Husband! It felt like we had an old friend visiting at the house, helping us out instead of a cold buisness transaction. In our consumeristic society it is hard to find a company that treats us like humble people instead of an invoice. In my opinion a casual conversation with good energy people who help us out make such an impact. I really aprieciate the Wisperenn Team that helped us out today and Thank you Joe for making our day. Within an hour of my call our internet service was restored, troubleshooted and problem solved.

Joe and Cory were very professional, personable and extremely friendly when they came to fix the internet in my offices. Our internet has been down since October and we didn’t know why until Joe and Cory noticed that our line had been cut by another internet provider. Joe and Cory did what they do, and fixed the line so now my office can run as smoothly as it used to. Thank you.
