I am a first time homebuyer and I must say, being in the sales business myself I was very impressed. A lot of sales people are just looking to make their sale or move onto the next customer that’s willing to flop over and lay down & I had a lot of questions which JJ Witten answered with an open mind and caring attitude which is not an easy task, we are talking at least 3-4 hours of him spending the time and energy to make sure I understood how the process works and will play out which was done to a T. Not only were the things that I was unsure about answered but he didn’t make me feel dumb during the process, Some of my biggest fears were that everything would not turn out exactly as it had sounded. Now that it is done and complete my wife Anna and I are pleased to say thank you to the Carlile team for making the dream of homeownership such a delightful process to go through . I am extremely pleased at how we were treated through the process and would recommend them to anyone. This was more then I expected and I am very greatful for the time and consideration spent and given to me by the team. Thank you Carlile lending!
