The sales representatives need work… Nicole was incredibly rude right off the bat, speaking in a condescending tone and scoffing at the questions that were asked. Not only was she unhelpful, I’m not sure she’s aware of what she’s talking about as she told lots of misinformation.

Best customer service. Thank you Tod for your wonderful customer service. I ordered all of my faucets and handles for my bathrooms and kitchen from Wittock. There was a piece from my master bathroom that was missing, and we don’t know what had happened to it if it didn’t come or if my builders for my new home misplaced it. After speaking to Tod, he easily ordered me a new one with no charge. I had a great experience with Wittock. They truly take the time to work with customers and help out. Definitely would recommend!

Renee was great to work with, she went above & beyond guiding me in my kitchen and bath remodel. She actually cares and takes pride in her job. I love all my matte black Kohler fixtures, especially my 2 tone kitchen faucet! My house looks amazing
