I was under the impression that Wizard’s was a professional and reliable shop to take my BMW to for repairs. being a young female, I often worry about getting taking advantage of in situations like this and unfortunately my exact fears came true :(

I had my car serviced there multiple times for the same problem and after calling again to complain was told that they would not finish the job or reimburse me for services paid for that resulted in no change or improvements.

I reached out to another mechanic shop who had been regularly working on the car too who shared that it looks like the part wizards had “replaced” hadn’t even been touched. I am so disappointed to have put my faith in a shop that full heartedly took advantage of me. They even left another person’s AUDI key in my car on the passenger seat, unattended. Not impressed and definitely will not be recommending in the future
