Rude Little Man.
Recently on a very cold, windy day we went to this shop to purchase a Barbour Jacket. We were greeted by a man in the midst of eating his lunch and were shown the way to these jackets. Observing our wind-blown appearance, he must have felt at liberty to speak to us with absolute condescension. When we remarked that Barbour were no longer made in the UK, he barked "nothing is made in the UK anymore". Then he asked "have you ever heard of Burberry? not made in the UK- nothing is". Every time we tried to say something, he talked over us. Never would we spend a penny in this shop. We figured out the size needed and are ordering the jacket elsewhere.
Incidentally, Rude Little Man; Bentleys are still built in the UK.
Guess how we know that.

I had purchased an umbrella for about $80 this past spring, it recently broke due to a defective spring and wouldn't close. I took it back not 6 months later and they refused to stand behind their product because I couldn't find my receipt. It's no wonder this store has downsized and lost market share, absolutely ridiculous. Abysmal service... you need to train your staff appropriately. Simple fix, send it to the manufacturer, replace the one that broke, you receive a credit and you have a happy customer. Instead I will likely never shop here again.
