The drivers dump the bins anywhere. Often 5-15 feet away and sitting on it's side. If they drop debris on the side, they leave it there. I pay to have my trash picked up, not to have my place trashed.

Waste Management has provided outstanding service. I’ve lived in my home for 33 years and never had a complaint. Keep up the awesome service.

Its amazing how hard it is to get our trash picked up from a waste management company...Waste Management came and took away our trash bins because we had "not paid our bill" which we clearly had. After calling in and explaining the issue they admitted their fault and said they would send us new bins next week. It has now been three weeks and no bin has been dropped off. We have alot of trash building up in our home.. In addition we are not going to be getting a discount this month even though they have not provided any of the services that we are paying them for. Customer service is a joke which is no surprise because this company is horrible at the only thing the do --- collecting trash.
