Your company picks up trash…. Or leaves it in street, your company only recycles every other week. I recycle every day
Why leave boxes on side of road to get soaked? Your job is to take them ?

Very inconsistent. Just found out from my neighbor that our collection times have changed. Waste Management didn't sent a letter, email or any notice to let me know beforehand (even though they have my information) They are also inconsistent with their pickup times.

WM picks up four bulk items annually. For me they only picked up three. My understanding is that they broke my sofa in two when loading it - and therefore they say it counts as two items. They told me this on the ninth time I called over a period of five weeks. While loading the bulk items they broke a glass table. They left the driveway covered in glass. Eight times (EIGHT!!!) they told me they would return to pick up the glass and the fourth bulk item. They failed eight times. I had to bring a heavy bulk item eight times to the curb and back again to the garage. In the Seattle rain. Only to finally be told they changed their mind and I would need to clean the broken glass they left for five weeks and they would only pick up three bulk items from me this year. Truly unbelievable how inept this company is.
