Redoing my previous rating from a 5 down to a 1. A couple of days after the good rating (3-21-2024) was my normal trash/recycling pick-up day. WM failed to pick up recycling bins for myself, and others in the neighborhood. No notice was given, no warning was issued. Our HOA called and they told us they would pick up the following Monday (3-24-2024), still nothing. They promised pickup again today (3-26-2024) but haven’t shown again. I am wondering if they will pick up on our normal day, this coming Thursday (3-28-2024).
It would be nice if we had a reason or something behind it.
