Paying for a green waste service that fails to come. Reached out to the company a couple times with no result. They will not issue a refund or pick up the green waste. Even their video footage showed the driver not stopping and now they don't show the video footage at all.

Our trash is picked up very early every Monday morning, and any trash overflow that I have during the week I just take to the transfer station just a few miles away from my house. The process of signing up for trash collection is very easy, a trash bin is delivered to a designated location or directly to your home. As long as you put your trash out for collection it will be picked up. I highly recommend this service so if you don't have the service you definitely should get it, it will make things a bit easier for you.

I went through them for 4 yrs now getting drop box and for some reason my tons was just about twice as much as it should’ve(3.5tons but charged 7tons). I asked about it and they said that was the ticket while giving me attitude , so I said whatever and paid it. I tried to get another drop box and they are now saying I need to fill out paperwork and put a $500 deposit which I never had to until they screwed me on my bill.
