The service is excellent. However, my trash bins have been cracked for a very long time. This allows flies to get in from the sides and generates maggots. They should be replaced every 5-10 years.

Lately, I have had no problems with WM. I did have problems with this evaluation I was asked to do. Some of the words were in light color against a white background. I couldn't read them. They then showed me a very large group of pictures but there was no explanation of what I was to do with them.

My trash dump not collected on Wednesday the collection day. I have to call WM FEILD SUPERVISOR on Thursday morning, he issue a ticket to be picked up by the end of the day. Nothing done. I’m a handicap with both knees medial cruciate ligament rupture and I have no choice but to go down the sloop of my drive way to dump the trash. On Friday I contact Mr Jash from public work and the manager for WM . He is THANKFULLY follow up and be sure it is picked up before the end of the day AND IT IS DONE.
