I ordered a 40 yard dumpster in Oct. I waited over an hour on the phone to schedule delivery as their online service didn't function. The nice person who answered said they had a problem with their on line service. Fast forward to Dec. I call to order pick up of dumpster. After a 40 minute wait I was offered a text link for pick up. I used this feature even though it was greater than a weeks wait time for pick up. I recieved an email confirmation and was charged the $99 pick up fee. Pick up did not occur as scheduled on 12/19. I don't have the time (I'm at work) or the patience to endure a lengthy wait on the phone. I have family arriving for Christmas tomorrow and I have a 40 yard dumpster blocking all parking. I am so frustrated. A KNOWN problem with online service since OCTOBER has not been remedied? A phone call with over an hour wait time is required to obtain service? Really? Charges are immediate. Service is not. Please tell me how you can make this right.

Waste Management is the worst garbage/recycling company I have ever had. Their communication is poor, it takes 20+ minutes to reach someone in customer service, and they have a monopoly on the area. I wish I had another option. The one positive is their drivers are very thoughtful and careful.

The only reason I'm not giving full stars is because I had to figure out the hard way. No one answers the phone. I spent hours on hold and delayed getting service because I wanted to talk to a representative instead of email .. however once I emailed and talked on chat with them my service was setup in minutes and took no time at all! I'm thankful for the WM center and now know to just shoot an email or chat. Service has been excellent and I requested a larger trash container and received it in a timely manner. Thank you for all you do!
