Missed pickup today (not the first time). One time dumped my whole trash can in the truck and drove away (got a free of charge replacement). Also frequently only empties half the bin, despite me not stuffing it and ensuring the trash can come out easily. To the driver's credit last time I saw him double check the bin to make sure it is empty, so maybe they are getting some feedback.
Customer service experience is not great, hard to get someone from the local area who is knowledgable. The first account setup was horrendous got different delivery times told, until we figured out when my pickup days are.
The app is very slow, but it does update in real-time when trash was collected, so that is great. The camera clip on the website is cool - you can watch how the bin was emptied. But since I got a new neighbor it now always shows theirs not mine...
