Best plumber in town, this guy rocks! He was next door and we had an issue and he came by I can't say enough good things. We've been looking for a good plumber for a long time and we finally found him. I don't have time to leave all the details at the moment but I'll leave a better review when I get back to it.

Do NOT recommend. Call two days ago SPECIFICALLY asking if they charge a diagnosis fee. Person who answered said there is “NO service fee for someone to come out and take a look”. Found it VERY suspicious when asked for a credit card to put on file prior to even coming out. And BTW they didn’t come out the day I was scheduled for. Very unprofessional. At the end of service, tech said I owe them $399 for “diagnosing”. I was appalled they were trying to scam me. I SPECIFICALLY asked if there was a fee, he said there is no dispatch fee but IF he uses his tools to check out and diagnose they do charge a fee. So you’re telling me, you just came by to look at the unit without touching it AT ALL, say hi, chat for a bit and have a cup of tea?! OF COURSE you’re going to use your tools & open the unit to see what’s going on!! WTH. This why they ask for a card on file. BEWARE and know they DO CHARGE a fee for someone to come out and take a “look” at your system!

Our rental home had a water heater issue. We called around and Grant responded to us very quickly and came out to fix and repair the issue within 24 hours. Very honest and responsive, great customer service and reasonably priced. Even though we were remote, Grant explained everything to us and what needed to be done. We are so grateful for his honesty and great workmanship. Thank you and will definitely be calling on your company for future services.
