“Today my 12-year-old son went to a barbershop for the first time, and it was supposed to be a special day for him, as it was picture day at school, and he really wanted to look his best. We had booked this appointment in advance and were eagerly anticipating it. When we arrived, there were two male barbers and one female barber. My son ended up with the female barber.
He showed her a photo of the desired haircut and repeatedly emphasized that the most important thing was to keep the length in the front. I also stressed that it was crucial to preserve his bangs. However, when we came back and saw the result, my son came out in tears and was extremely upset. The bangs were completely chopped off, and the haircut was awful.
Even though he kept saying during the process that he wanted to keep the length, the barber ignored his requests, saying, “it’s not in style anymore,” and continued cutting. This is a complete lack of respect for the client and his wishes.
Moreover, the service was very poor: they didn’t even wash his hair before or after the cut. His hair remained dirty and sticky, which is absolutely unacceptable for a barbershop of this level.
Perhaps the other barbers are professionals, but this woman showed complete incompetence and disregard for the client. My son, who was so excited about his first visit to a men’s salon, ended up experiencing stress and disappointment instead of joy. This is absolutely unacceptable.”
