Pleased with the my salesman, Ryan, he made the process pain free despite me dealing with several hurdles on my end. Ryan was very helpful and super respectful of my time while working with me to meet at a halfway point to sign papers, pickup my trade and let me get my vehicle. Absolutely great sales team.

We had a wonderful experience with our salesman Paul (tall Paul). He and Dustin worked with us for days between test driving and finalizing numbers to get us in the truck we loved. They even put brand new oversized tires on it without being asked. Everyone we encountered was friendly and never pushy about getting a sale. We ran into an issue with our exhaust about 2 months later and took it into a dealership closer to us where they informed us that our warranty did not cover the issue. Thankfully the sales manager Doug was on it immediately once we called and had the truck fixed at no cost to us within a couple days. Lesson learned and we will only be servicing the truck at Woltz & Wind Ford. Highly recommend as they proved to us that they still care about their customers even after the sale is finalized.

My wife and I were searching for an Explorer ST for months and we found one we really liked here. Doug Allen and Jon Kirks both worked with us diligently on price, financing and also had a few other requests that they obliged us on. After only owning for 2 weeks the battery started giving us messages that it might be low. Even though the battery passed the test and wasn't going to be able to be replaced under warranty, they changed for us anyway because they knew we taking the car on vacation in a few days. This was our first experience with this dealership and they have been fantastic.
