I appreciate all the hard working volunteers and how polite they are every time I went to pick up my mail or get items for my children or food and hygiene. Be weary if you decide to get any further assistance such as case management I found myself in a very dishonest situation and was heartbroken to find out this is happening and there is nothing we as clients can do and say it just all gets erased thanks for everything. But you ladies are wrong and I just pray nobody else suffers the way I did.

I was looking for a coordinator number for this organization because I have been waiting weeks for very personal mail, including a check. Ik they should have arrived by now. Hopefully this gets someone’s attention. I was supposed to receive a call back, but am still waiting. If you have somewhere else to receive mail, use that resource first.

Three stars because they have food, clothing, etc resources to take away. Be careful of the prepared food though. Upset my stomach.

This place must be a joke. After getting 17 missed calls back to back to back I called the number. Put on hold 3 times for them to hang up every time. Each time I answered I heard woman talking and laughing. They must really be lousy at their job and bored to be prank calling me over and over. Straight up annoying and rude. Then tried saying no one knows who I am. I know y’all don’t. Someone there just is randomly prank calling me. So u professional of a so called woman help business. SMH.
