Working with James was a pleasure. He handled the sale of our home and the purchase of our land at the same time. As we were getting ready to list our home on the market, we had an unexpected expense that left us short for our new flooring in our house. We were upset becasue we wanted new flooring to help with the sale of our home and to maximaze our profits. James found a flooring company for us that did our flooring and took the payment from the payout of our home after it sold, which was so nice for us, becasue we didn't have to worry about putting the flooring on a line of credit, since we had also started a land/construciton loan. Also, one month prior to using James, we had a differernt realtor tell us our home would sell for 380-400k. When we met James he was sure we could easily sell the home for 470k or more, and it did, 501k! James was in constant communitcaiton with us, he always responed fast whether it was text, calls, or emails. He is definalty a realtor who will advacate for you and thinks outside the box to accomplish the needs of his clients.
