I had a unit here for about two years that I just closed because I no longer need it, great place to rent from! Never had any issues getting in or out, very easy access and very helpful office staff! Would highly recommend renting from here!

we have rented a storage unit for 5+ years and NEVER missed our monthly payment. at one time we had 2 different units, but then decided to get a bigger unit to combine everything into one. we recently purchased a cargo trailer so we could put our possessions in it, because this place keeps upping their price per month. we informed them that we would be vacating the premises and was doing our best to be out before the next payment due date( and keep in mind there is a 7 day grace period) we were due to be out by Wednesday but we ask if we needed to could we please have until Saturday. and they said absolutely not unless we paid $30 per each day. so just throw out the window how long we have been with them. that holds no merit with this family owned business. IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY. we even let them know that they had a rat problem and that a lot of our stuff got ruined while on their premises and all we got was a "sorry". they told us if we werent out by payment day that they would lock our code and not let us in. my husband worked 8 hours a day and I have had 4 back surgeries and we practically begged for just a couple more days. we werent doing all the moving ourselves and taking stuff to the dump and everything, but absolutely No give and no compassion and then Tracy Wood had the nerve to call me and complain that we had left a desk inside. well duh! when we came back we had been coded out. I was done at that point and let her know it. and she blatantly lies and said she would have gladly given us time. what a joke. dont insult me by lying to me and saying my husband misunderstood. how do you misunderstood no money, no additional days? LESSON LEARNED. these people are greedy and very non-compassionate. it wasnt like anyone needed our unit because everyone has been under a stay at home order. I would definitely NOT recommend this place or family to store your belongings with.
