Management is horrible both in the office and at the corporate office. They are rude and discriminate against residents, Fair Housing Rules don't apply to the staff/on-site residents. I received a notice from the office for having a poop bag at my front door, because raccoons and other wild life hang out in the trash areas since they leave the lids open and didn't want to go near it at night. I was told by the Assist manager and she advised me just leave it in your trash inside your house. The leasing consultant was also involved in this discussion about my poop bag reading my the lease guidelines. Their leasing consultant who lives onsite leaves her trash out by her front door over night and for hours at a time, but since she works for the office it's ok? When I reported one of the lease violations to the assist manager, she told me I shouldn't be coming into the office to report this since it was an employee/resident. It's an office right? Where am I suppose to report things to management. I have requested my parking be changing for years and they refuse to change it. Even the assist manager has parked in my assigned spot and behind my car. I have had to deal with their vendors and other residents parking in it but they refuse to change it. There is a vacant spot #84 that I ask to be change to and was told no, but the staff can park in it when ever they want. The assist manager has an assigned garage and assigned spot, but also parks here. The leasing consultant has assigned parking too and use this vacant spot like they own it. The manager came after me saying I was parking in that spot, which I sent several photos of the cars that were not mine her staffs cars parked their. Why is it ok they get an extra spot to park in when everyone only gets either two assigned spots if you live in a 2x2 or one signed spot when you are in 1x1. If any other resident parks in it they address it with the resident, but its ok for them to use it since they work for the company. Their car is in the spot now. I have contacted the regional manager so many times and she won't call or e-mail me back. She was doing a property walk a few months ago and was hiding in a garage to avoid speaking with me which is horrible for someone on an executive level to behave like that. I was a property manager for many years and all the regionals I worked for would always call residents back when it's gotten to this level or even meet with them when they did property walks. If you don't want to deal with people or treat them with respect than maybe being in this type of career isn't for you.

This place is completely dishonest. I lived here and paid everything on time. A water leak happened and they sent in maintenance to fix it. The maintenance people they hired literally did nothing other than put a dryer to the carpet. They then charged me $3000 for drywall repair, carpet replacement, paint, and other things that were NEVER DONE!
I know they were never done since I worked from home and the people were not there for more then 20 minutes. This is complete fraud. Stay away from this place!

On 9/15/23 Matt & Daniel did an amazing job with fixing my garage that was severely damaged. They were fast to respond and more importantly they were kind & professional. They articulated their professional knowledge in a clear concise manner without sounding condescending. As a woman, this was noticed and valued. They even demonstrated respect by wearing a mask when I mentioned my husbands cancer. That level of empathy & class is hard to find and should definitely be acknowledged. They truly make your company look 5 star! I will recommend your company on my social media sites based on this experience.
