Absolutely the best experience-easy and painless. Always on time, mindful of my budget and what improvements would best support the selling of my home. All of the repairmen were prompt and respectful-and did incredible jobs. All in all I felt taken care of-and what could have been a very stressful experience was made easy and actually, fun! Reg and Teri are fantastic, they know the area and they know what it takes to get an offer accepted. I can honestly say that without Reg we wouldn't have ended up getting the perfect house that we wanted. The Portland real estate market is insane, and it takes a serious amount of work to get an offer accepted - going up against investors and cash buyers, and bidding wars. Reg and Teri work hard to make sure you find a place that fits for you, not just any house. They will openly steer you away from a house if it's a dud, we leaned on their insight on construction quality multiple times. Reg also helped us in tracking down temporary housing before our move, and set us up with an electrician and plumber for some small jobs after we moved in. Beyond all of that, both Reg and Teri are just cool to work with. They are just all around great people.
