I recently made a purchase from the Wood Shop, purchasing a few of their handmade wood puzzles. My interaction with the store owner showcased their commitment to customer service and integrity. While I encountered an issue that required communication with them, I was impressed by their prompt response and their immediate resolution of my issue. Great store and honest owner!
