I ordered flowers for my aunt via phone, and the experience couldn't be better! I talked to Oriana, who was so cheerful and paid such keen attention to detail. A few weeks later, she even sent me a personalized thank you card, and that is definitely A+ customer service. Not the cheapest option around, for sure, but worth every penny! Go support Woodinville Florist!

The flowers themselves were very nice and a good price compared to some local places right now that have sky high prices due to supply chain issues. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons though.
First is that the flowers didn't come in the pictured vase. Second, I placed the order two weeks in advance to be delivered to my girlfriend's work, but a week after I placed the order (and a week prior to them being delivered), she left her job. I called the main Terry's Florist number and it took 15 min to change the delivery address, but the lady was very nice and confirmed that the flowers would be delivered to a new address I provided. However, the flowers still ended up being delivered to my girlfriend's previous workplace, which I had to drive to and pick up.
Fixing those two things would bump up the rating.

Worst place to get flowers! Wish I could give a zero. We asked for purple and blues, and a spray to go on a very small casket, and when we picked up a small bouquet with deep pink, and baby pink, and not the purple and blue flowers we asked for! We scheduled to pick them up at 1230, lady called and wanted to come in 20 minutes cause she had to leave. She dropped it off at another store so we couldn't reject the flowers and get our 45 dollars back! We called and she said she doesn't do the sprays for the caskets, but in 2014 we paid for a spray for a casket for our grandmother. Then she said she did. So we are very frustrated, since we cannot get a straight answer. Poor communication on their part when we asked for something so specific for A FUNERAL and get a bouquet that's NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT WE ASKED FOR!. We asked for names to be put on the ribbons to drape over a casket and the lettering is so small it is ridiculous! Having to go to a different florist to actually get what we asked for and they can fixed the flowers since we already paid money for them. The other florist was totally shocked!
