Have only had great service here. I understand that they've been overwhelmed, as so many other donation sites have been, and have needed to minimize hours, etc. Not sure why other people don't understand that. I've had to come back once when they weren't open/closed early. It's not a big deal. When I have gone, they've brought be carts to put my items in, were friendly, and kept their distance - which was much appreciated. Not sure what others are expecting at this time while the world is in crisis. It's not their fault we're all home cleaning out our closets!

Learned that the entrance is behind the building around the gas station by accidently walking through the front door. They were friendly and let me know where to go. There was no line mid afternoon on a Saturday. Fast and easy. Have noticed that they are closed on the weekdays a little early sometimes.

Line out onto the street and they have only moved one car in 20 minutes. Bring snacks, bring a book.... 30 minutes and counting, nothing happening. I went in and both employees are sitting down looking at their phones. They are on their break....break lasted about 25 minutes and then only two cars got through and then it was full stop again. 90 minutes total. Ruined the afternoon. Totally different experience then the Martha Lake center.
