Pretty poor customer service. They lost one of the prescriptions from my vet, then later found it but never called me to let me know. They treated me like a burden rather than a customer and were annoyed with me for asking them to double check to make sure I could get all the medications that had been ordered. When they finally found one of the missing prescriptions, they told me it'd be over four hours until it was ready.

I have visited this urgent care a couple times. Staff are great. They are usually very quick, but there was one time when it took them a long time to get to me. It was weekend, but on the other hand there weren't that many people there.
