I have taken several of my vehicles here for repairs. In the past, incredibly pleased with work and service. One week ago today took vehicle in for warranty work I was not pleased with. On Friday morning, contacted the owner to learn the status on vehicle. Learned as yet, since dropping off Monday morning, nothing at all had been done. After agreeing Friday morning with owner what needed to be done, should be done. Informed owner then, Friday morning, I would be picking my car up midday on Monday. Picked up car today, and one of the owners totally tried to place blame elsewhere. After vehicle being there an entire week, I have to have. If I were only willing to leave it indefinitely, wonder how long it would take for the warranty work to get completed to my satisfaction?? From this point forward, I will not only NOT take my vehicles to Woodland Automotive & Collision Repair Center, I will not make referrals for this business to anymore friends and/or acquaintances Clearly appears I will have to pay some other qualified company to make the repairs, even though under warranty. Very UNhappy about the service I did NOT receive this time around. Clearly would not recommend!
